DotComerica values the privacy of Users, and the following statements detail the information gathered and what we do with it. We only gather information we feel will expedite the buying and selling of domains, enable us to communicate important information and billing to our customers, and insure that Users have a legitimate interest in buying and selling domain names.

First, DotComerica does use cookies to track site visitor's moves and does not sell, distribute, or in any other way share any information about a user or member, except if given permission or instruction to do so. The only reason that DotComerica.com will share any information is in compliance with law enforcement agencies by court order. More on cookies is found in our  COOKIE INFO.

DotComerica may send updates and information on special offers or features, but only if User requests this by checking the permission box included in the contact form upon membership. This may be discontinued at any time by updating contact info.

The User should note that we temporarily store certain information when you visit this site, such as the IP address of the terminal from which you access the Internet, the IP address of the website which linked you to our site (if any), the date and time you visited, the browser you used, and the operating system you used to access the site. We only store this as long as your session is in progress.

If you communicate with DotComerica, we save your communication for our records, and encourage you to do the same.

We do not sell, share, or rent or disclose any personal information about you or your transactions to any third party without your permission. The escrow service we use is secure and accredited, but all Users of their services should read their privacy policy thoroughly. DotComerica is not liable in any way for any damages or losses due to the use of another company's services, even if we are their customers as well.

We encourage Users to familiarize and be aware of the privacy policies of advertisers and/or links from our website, or when interacting with ANY website.

DotComerica reserves the right to modify this privacy agreement, but will not do so in any way to compromise our User's privacy as stated above. DotComerica will honor all terms of agreement enacted at the time of use, whether or not it is current with the terms posted. It is the User's responsibility to keep up to date on these changes, and the responsibility of DotComerica to clearly post that changes have been made. If the changes are not to the User's satisfaction, they may remove themselves from our Membership without adverse effect.

In the process of buying and selling Domains, Buyers and Sellers may choose to disclose their E-mail or other contact information in the process of negotiations. All Users of this site must respect the privacy of other Users and not disclose any contact information to a third party, nor will any User collect such information for distributing spam or other unsolicited material.

Use of this site constitutes an agreement to respect the privacy and security of other Users and reciprocate confidentiality as they similarly expect. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Users should delete contact information from their data base or contact lists at the closure of the transaction.

User agrees not to disclose their password to any third party as such disclosure is a serious breach of their own security and the management of their Domains.

User agrees to change their password if there is a suspected breach of  security or unwanted disclosure.

Any request from anyone (including DotComerica) to disclose password or other information should be ignored. DotComerica has no need to request such information and such fraudulent actions or requests should be reported at once to DotComerica.

User information may be changed according to DotComerica procedure as shown in the site. If User forgets their password, DotComerica may give the User a temporary password, after verifying certain contact information, to access the Member area and change their password. If User changes E-mail address, they will be required to go to their new E-mail address and repeat the confirmation process. Any difficulties should be reported to DotComerica.

By visiting this website, the User is bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree please do not use or access our site.

Users will not hold DotComerica, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, suppliers, or parent company liable for any monetary loss or damages due to a breach of security. As such danger is present on the Internet, we must say that USERS OF THIS SITE DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK, despite our best efforts to make it risk-free.
